You will find a private kitchen, private WiFi, private TV, childcare services, and a baby bed available for families with young children. Step outside to enjoy the shared natural garden, established in 2004 with diverse small biotopes including natural stone walls, hedge biotopes, and pond areas. The picturesque farmhouse garden features numerous herbs, flowers, berry bushes, and fruit trees that invite sampling during harvest season. A generously covered outdoor seating area directly in front of your apartment provides the perfect spot to enjoy evening hours watching the sunset. Shared parking is available at the property. Up to 2 pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. The apartment sits at the foot of the Swabian Alb, offering short walking access through orchards to popular hiking trails in this well-developed tourist landscape. You can enjoy well-maintained cycling paths, challenging mountain bike routes, ski slopes, and ski lifts. The nearby Danube Valley and Lochenpass area provide spectacular hiking routes and various climbing opportunities. Additional climbing experiences await at the climbing center in Balingen, climbing park in Albstadt-Ebingen, or high rope course in Burladingen. A beautifully modernized swimming pool is located in the village within walking distance. Weekly markets offer fresh fruits and vegetables, while additional shopping options are available in neighboring communities or Balingen 3 km away. Within a 40 to 120 km radius, you can visit many Baden-Württemberg attractions.
Directions
Die Anfahrt nach Weilstetten ist möglich über die A81 Stuttgart-Singen, Abfahrt Balingen (Ausfahrt Nr. 31). Der B463 folgen und kurz vor Balingen auf die B27 wechseln. In Balingen die Ausfahrt Messegelände nehmen und weiter Richtung Albstadt fahren. Bereits kurz nach Balingen die erste Ausfahrt "Weilstetten - Lochen" nehmen. Die letzte Abzweigung der Tieringer Straße links nehmen und der Hauptstarße folgen bis diese in die Espachstraße übergeht. Sie finden uns in der Espachstraße 44 rechter Seite.
