Beautifully situated with a view of the magnificent natural surroundings, nestling between fields and forest, is where you will find our Wellness Pension am Rain. The comfortable rooms have been refitted with stylish interior decoration with high-quality materials in warm colours. Feel fit and active after a swim in the newly renovated indoor pool with heated bench and rain shower. Your own personal comfort zone awaits you in the Finnish sauna with a small quiet room reserved just for you. Do your body and soul good with a beneficial massage or body treatment. The experienced hands of our friendly and trained workers will wait on you and pamper you. You can have a delightful end to the treatment in the quiet room on comfortable loungers and seats, where you will find various teas, energised water and fruit. A large terrace offers you a wonderful place in the sun on comfortable loungers. Your day begins with a hearty breakfast buffet with various muesli and cornflake varieties, yoghurt, fresh fruit, quark, homemade jam, honey, cottage cheese, various sausage specialities, a selection of cheeses, fresh rolls, various types of bread, toast and a choice of juices. The friendly servers spoil you with freshly prepared egg dishes. In the afternoon we offer free self-service coffee, tea and biscuits. In close vicinity there are two restaurants, which are recommended for the evening as good, Baden cuisine and good value. Treat yourself to a break from the daily routine and spend a relaxing spa holiday at reasonable prices. Directions

Motorway A5 , Exit Freiburg Nord, follow the signs Freudenstadt /Elztal/Waldkirch stay on the B294 , pass through the Hugenwaldtunnel and come after 5 Km directly to Niederwinden. You can take the train to the central station Freiburg and then the S-Bahn direction Elzach. At the station Niederwinden we will pick you up and bring you back again on departure. You should buy a ticket to Niederwinden (Elztal) We are happy to assist you for further information

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Die angegebenen Preise beinhalten keine Kurtaxe. Die ortsübliche Kurtaxe von 2,20 EUR (pro Person / Nacht) ist verpflichtend zu bezahlen (Stand Januar 2023).

Important payment information and other conditions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
