The apartment with terrace in the basement has 40 square meters and is suitable for up to 3 people and 1 infant up to 2 years. The bedroom has a 140x200 bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The new kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The detached house with granny apartment is in a quiet location in Ofterdingen. Bakeries, butcher's shop and banks (KSK and VoBa) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Shopping facilities (Penny) in the village, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, DM, Müllermarkt are available in Mössingen. Hohenzollern Castle and the old town of Tübingen are well suited for a day trip by bike and there are other excursion destinations within a radius of approx. 35 km, e.g. Bärenhöhle, Lichtenstein Castle, Wimsner Cave, Weiler Castle. 3 golf courses are approx. 10-20 minutes away by car. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool in Mössingen approx. 10 minutes by car or approx. 15 minutes by bike. Hiking possibilities on the Swabian Alb approx. 20 minutes by car, and in the Rammert approx. 5 minutes by car. In the accommodation there is free W-Lan. Parking available. Storage facilities for your bicycles are available. Pets are not allowed.
