Step outside to your private south-facing balcony offering unobstructed panoramic views of the landscape conservation area and Swiss Alpstein mountains with the imposing Säntis peak. You can observe herons and other wildlife during their search for food while enjoying breakfast on the balcony. Shared parking at the property and a shared lockable garage are included. A shared tennis court is accessible via a direct walking and cycling path through well-maintained orchards. Public transportation is conveniently available, and events are not permitted on the property. The bright, spacious rooms provide direct access to tennis courts, an adventure park, beach, extended lakeside promenade, and boat landing within minutes through the orchard path. A large supermarket is 400 m away, while the town center is 600 m from your accommodation. Bed linen is available for an extra fee, or you may bring your own in standard sizes.
