Description

The cozy vacation apartment, renovated in 2015, is located in a quiet, elevated residential area of Alpirsbach (550 m above sea level) with a view of the Kinzig valley. You live here only about 250 m from the edge of the forest with many hiking trails. There are over 250 km of hiking trails around Alpirsbach. The Karlsquelle nature reserve is a 10-minute walk away, and the apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk from the center. Black Forest Alpirsbach is a small town with 7000 inhabitants and has plenty of leisure facilities (swimming pool, mini golf, golf course, cloister concerts, glass blowing, gallery, brewery museum, etc.). Leisure activities such as the Vogtsbauernhöfe (approx. 35 min.), Europa-Park Rust (1 hour), Freiburg/Titisee (approx. 70 min.), Feldberg (approx. 90 min.), Baden-Baden/Alsace (approx. 60-70 min.), Schwarzwaldhochstraße (approx. 30 min.) are all within easy reach. The vacation resort of Alpirsbach (435 m) is located in the Upper Kinzig Valley in the northern Black Forest, approx. 18 km south of Freudenstadt, 60 km east of Offenburg and 30 km northwest of Rottweil. Alpirsbach, known for its Romanesque monastery complex and the adjoining brewery, offers an extensive tourist infrastructure: heated outdoor pool, indoor pool in Lossburg (10 km), bicycle rental, mini-golf, 9-hole golf course, tennis, bowling, modern Haus des Gastes, cultural and concert program, as well as its own train station. The approximately 90 km long Kinzigtal cycle path is very nice to ride.

Directions

Driving to Alpirsbach: 1.Coming from Stuttgart: Take the Autobahn in direction to Singen (Bodensee),pass Böblingen, Herrenberg and take the exit Oberndorf. Follow the signs to Alpirsbach. In Alpirsbach you should cross the first railway crossing to the right and pass the monestary- follow the road for 400 m, then take a left to Sulzberg/Schulzentrum. Follow the road for about 800 m. At the mail box (next to the Kindergarten) you take a left and after another 50 m you take another left in direction to the school. After 250 m you`ll find our house on the left. 2.Coming from Karlsruhe: Take the Autobahn A-5 to Basel.25 km south of Karlsruhe, take the exit Rastatt and follow the signs to Freudenstadt. Follow the road for about 60 km and pass Freudenstadt and follow the signs to Freiburg. You`ll pass Loßburg and arrive Alpirsbach. In Alpirsbach you cross the first railway crossing to the right and pass the monestary- follow the road for 400 m, then take a left to Sulzberg/Schulzentrum. Follow the road for about 800m.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitor's tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
