Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations and changes up to 14 days before the agreed date of arrival are free of charge, thereafter 80% of the agreed price of the stay is due for payment. Early departures cannot be refunded.The guest is expressly free to prove that the aforementioned claim from the agreed cancellation fee has not arisen or has not arisen in the agreed amount (e.g. due to other rentals).With the binding room reservation, the guest confirms his/her agreement with the aforementioned cancellation conditions.
