The 100 m² holiday apartment in a traditional half-timbered house in Durbach, Baden-Württemberg, accommodates up to 4 guests (ideally up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). It offers 2 bedrooms—one with a box-spring bed, the other with a sofa bed—and a bathroom with shower. The private, well-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Delonghi capsule machine with milk frother, Philips Senseo pad machine, French press, kettle, and toaster. Four people can dine at the kitchen island. During your stay, you have access to private Wi-Fi, a high chair, a workspace, a private sauna, a washing machine, and a cozy living room with tiled stove and smart TV. Outside, you will find a seating area with two loungers and a small table. Sun umbrellas are available. Enjoy the unique hillside location, surrounded by trees and rocks. The property features a small biotope, creating a special atmosphere between vineyards and houses. A communal parking space is directly in front of the house, and there is a garage for bicycle storage. Events are not permitted on the property. You can start mountain bike tours directly from the house, and the Durbach hiking trail is just steps away. The Heimbach bus stop is a few minutes’ walk, and the village center with shops is 500 meters away. Swimming pool and mini golf are a 5-minute walk. Bed linen, towels, sauna towels, and dish towels are provided. The living room offers books and games. The sauna is available for an extra charge.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are possible free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

The prices shown do not include tourist tax. The local visitor's tax of EUR 1.90 per person per day must be paid to the host.
