Check-in and check-out regulation

Keys and guest cards are sent by post. Please provide each guest's first name, last name, date of birth and address as shown in the passport/identity card sufficiently early for normal mail delivery. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which was sent to you by email, in full, including your address. This helps the host to prepare for your stay in the best possible way.

Differing cancellation conditions
