WELCOME TO YOUR TIME OUT AT LAKE CONSTANCE Contemporary modern flats with their own kitchen, whether as a holiday flat for your holiday at Lake Constance or just for one night. Bodenseezeit only opened in summer 2020 and is the ideal starting point for your relaxing time at Lake Constance. You will find us right in front of the Germany-Austria border, situated between the historic towns of Lindau and Bregenz, within sight of the Pfänder, Bregenz's local mountain. Well-known events such as the SEEFESTSPIELE BREGENZ and the new THERME LINDAU are within easy reach. You can find out more on this homepage under REGION, where there are also links to various exciting attractions. After all the hustle and bustle during the day, at the end of the day you can enjoy our panoramic roof terrace with a coffee or an aperitif - in winter even with a lake view, in summer a green roof garden awaits you! A great comfort for Lindau is our own underground car park (11 spaces), but even without your car you are well on your way with us, the bus stop is right in front of the door and we have our own small bicycle rental. A little insider tip: just a few minutes' walk to the lake there is a sundowner pebble beach and the Lindau-Zech harbour with sunbathing lawn & guest moorings for boats. LINDAU PARK CAMPING with the well-known STRANDHAUS LINDAU restaurant is also just "around the corner". Contemporary comfort with unobtrusive service and that little bit more in ideas for our guests - we like to be your hosts and it shows! Differing cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the tour price. Special conditions possible during Corona. Different cancellation conditions may apply for groups, trade fairs and conferences.
Tourist tax information
In this part of the city of Lindau no visitor's tax is charged. The guests do not receive a Lindau guest card.
