Differing cancellation conditions
until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least 25Euro; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%;until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.

For private persons from 18 years, an additional city overnight tax of 5% is due on the overall price from January 1, 2014. This tax must be paid to the host together with the total fee.
