A sofa bed (1,30x 2,00m) , balcony, washing machine and basement. Two simple bicycles to explore the surrounding area can be used. There is a roof terraces and a garden with seating area which can be shared. Parking space at the underground car park which is accessible by elevator from the basement. Pets allowed on request.

Description
The new apartment in Vauban has two rooms with 50 sq.m and a large balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor and accessible by elevator. The apartment is fully equipped and can be shared with both roof terraces offering a beautiful view over the city, the Black Forest and the Vosges. The house has its own underground car park, where a parking space can be rented. Also public transport is nearby. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, available for up to four people. Non-smoking.
Check-in and check-out regulation
Please always contact the landlord before your arrival to arrange the hand-over of keys. Earliest arrival time 4pm, departure until 11.00am. Ulterior agreement can be made.
Directions
Arrival by train: From the main station take the tram line 3 in direcction to Vauban, exit Vauban-Mitte. From there its only a walking distance. Follow Vaubanallee, pass the park with the playground. At the end of the park there is a small bridge which leads you into Paul-Klee-Straße. Turn into Lise-Meitner-Straße at the end of the road. The house is on your left, no 19. From the motorway A5: exit Freiburg Süd, follow the direction to the city center Freiburg. After 7km turn right into Wiesentalstr when you have reached the petrol station, in direction of Merzhausen. After the railway bridge taket the next right to Clara-Immenwahr-Straße and then turn right in to Lise-Meitner-Straße. Its on your left.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
