Description

The modern vacation apartment on the 1st floor of our house in the Lake Constance district has been freshly renovated and leaves nothing to be desired for a cozy stay for two or with the family. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a cozy balcony overlooking the backyard. Location: Our vacation apartment is located in the lower town of Stockach in the immediate vicinity of Lake Constance, not far from the towns of Radolfzell, Singen, Überlingen and Constance. The Lake Constance district and the adjoining southern Black Forest as well as the Danube valley are only a very short drive away and are ideal for a nature-intensive break to switch off and counteract the stresses of everyday life. There are also numerous opportunities for direct excursions on foot or by bike right on the doorstep. Stores such as supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, chemists and pharmacies are all within a radius of 300m. Restaurants and cafés also invite you to linger in the charming old town. The train station (incl. bus connection) to Lake Constance / Radolfzell and Constance can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Enjoy a refreshing swim or sunny hours on the shores and inviting promenades along Lake Constance in towns such as Ludwigshafen, Überlingen or Constance. By canoe, SUP or swimming, you can explore the western part of the lake and the of the lake and the breathtaking natural landscape. There is a free parking lot at the vacation apartment as well as a lockable storage facility for bicycles. We are also happy to arrange alternative check-in and check-out times by arrangement and will help you with your arrival.

Up to 14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 100% refund. Less than 14 days before check-in, guests will not receive a refund.
