Check-in and check-out regulation
On the day of arrival, the holiday home is available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. If you want to use your holiday home longer, please contact us and we will try to find a suitable solution. With this accommodation you do not have to pay any additional final cleaning, as this is included in the price is taken into account. Differing cancellation conditions
Up to 14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 100% refund. Less than 14 days before check-in, guests will not receive a refund.
Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person per night is charged in the location of the booked accommodation. This must be paid to the host.
Important payment information and other conditions
The towels are exchanged by us after every 4th day. If you need more towels, we charge EUR 1.00 per towel and EUR 1.50 per bath towel. For 13.00 EUR per bed you can get an additional linen change. Water change with cleaning whirlpool 50.00 EUR. Intermediate cleaning in the house (without whirlpool) EUR 70.00. A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due with the booking. The prices shown do not include tourist tax. The local visitor's tax is mandatory to pay on site.
