Description
The property features a shared heated pool and a garden area, perfect for relaxing outdoors during your stay. The property is located a 15-minute drive from Kehl and the Rhine, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and 40 minutes from the Europa-Park in Rust. Furthermore, the accommodation is within walking distance of a supermarket, several restaurants, bars and public transport links. Moreover, the area offers numerous beautiful cycle paths. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The grounds include a riding stable with an indoor riding arena and pastures. Boxes can be provided upon request (subject to availability). There is a stable with indoor riding arena 20x40 m at the house, I can also offer boxes for horses and pasture Box per stitch with hay and shavings bales per piece for the bedding, this is on request and for an extra fee. Directions
Comming from the north: Highway A5 from Karksruhe to Basel, please take the exit towards Achern. Leave the roundabout on the first exit towards Strasbourg, Gamsheim. After 2,7 km cross the trafic roundabout direct. In Freistett, leave the roundabout third exit towards Rheinbischofheim. After 5,1 km, the destination is on the right. Comming from the south: Highway A5 from Basel to Karlsruhe, please take the exit towards Kehl, Strasbourg. Keep east and turn onto the B28 Rixhtung Kehl, Strasbourg. After 2,8 km take the exit towards Rastatt, Rheinau. After 8,3 km the destination is on the left side.
Differing cancellation conditions
Until the 45th day prior arrival 10%, at least EUR 25.00; until the 30th day prior arrival 25%; until the 22th day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.
