Beautiful granny apartment in a modern design, newly furnished with its own front door, large windows and a wonderful view of the countryside. Access via a staircase. The 38 sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The living area is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into an additional sofa bed (for up to two people). A kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and hob with 4 hotplates as well as a microwave is available. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Beautiful terrace with a view of Heiligenberg Castle and the Salem Valley. Please note, however, that children may only stay in the accommodation from the age of 7. The accommodation is located in Überlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. You live in the countryside here. The nearest shops (grocery stores) are approx. 5-8 km away. There are three very nice and good restaurants in the village. Two of them are within walking distance. There are many possibilities for leisure activities. Whether it's a bike tour, walk, thermal bath, leisure pool or museum, there is something for everyone. The Friedrichshafen exhibition center is also only 32 km away and can be reached by bus and train. You can take the bus to nearby towns such as Überlingen, Meersburg or Pfullendorf. Bus stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. From Überlingen or Salem, for example, you also have the option of taking the train to Friedrichshafen.
