You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a bright and cozy living room featuring a radio, satellite TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee machine for filter coffee, complemented by a comfortable dining area. Additional amenities include a fan and convenient self check-in. Step outside to your private balcony with garden views, perfect for outdoor breakfast, sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying an evening glass of wine after a wonderful day of vacation. The apartment is situated just 3 km from Lake Constance and Langenargen. One shared parking space is available on-site, and shared bicycle storage is provided for your convenience. Public transportation is easily accessible nearby, with airport shuttle and train station shuttle services available. Please note that events are not allowed on the property, and pets are only permitted with prior personal arrangement. The location offers excellent access to nearby attractions including Lindau at 10 km, Bregenz at 20 km, and Friedrichshafen at 10 km, all reachable by ship, train, or bicycle. Cycling and hiking tours can begin directly from the property.
