Located in the heart of the city, you can reach all the highlights in just a few steps. You can leave your car in our parking spaces or in our garage. Our breakfast is said to be one of the best in town. The egg dishes are prepared according to your wishes, with extra bacon. Sausage and cheese come from regional producers we trust, and we serve freshly roasted coffee. Our in-house café-bar "Bruder & Schwester" serves snacks at lunchtime and cool drinks in the evening. So if you want to discover Baden-Baden's most beautiful corners, then come and visit us. Whether spontaneous or with a booking in advance - we are always happy to welcome you. And of course also about your children and pets. Terms of payment for individual bookings: No deposit is due. The local tourist tax is obligatory to pay on the spot. The indicated room price includes a rich breakfast from the buffet. We accept American Express, MASTERCARD and VISA. Furthermore, you can pay with EC cards or in cash. For group bookings and arrangements, different conditions may apply.

Directions

Coming by the highway A5 exit Baden-Baden, straight on the B500 on the right lane, into the tunnel, 2.5 km. Drive through the Michaelstunnel and take the first exit. At the end of this exit, turn left into the Lichtentalerstraße and still follow the sign "Congress, Augustaplatz und Hotel Route" straight away across the traffic light. At the second intersection, turn into the "Stefanienstraße" and then at the third intersection turn left into the "Merkurstraße".

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the travel price. During trade fair and congress periods, cancellations up to 40 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the total service, if we cannot compensate the cancellation. No shows will be charged with 100%. These cancellation conditions apply exclusively to the booking of accommodation. For the booking of packages other booking conditions apply.

Tourist tax information

Unless otherwise noted, the mentioned rates do not include visitor's tax and are payable to your host on-site.
