A bathing lake is located directly on the property, and during the warm season, you can visit the nearby public outdoor pool. Communal parking spaces are available on the property. Please note that events are not permitted on the premises. Montendre is a charming small town with about 3,500 inhabitants in the southwest of France. The region is characterized by extensive pine forests, and a castle complex dominates the townscape. The area is one of the sunniest in France and is known for wine, Pineau, and Cognac. From November 1 to April 1, a heating surcharge applies. Montendre is located in the south of Charente-Maritime, a popular holiday region on the Atlantic coast with well-known seaside resorts such as Royan and beautiful islands like Île d’Oléron. In the surrounding area, you can explore Jonzac (22 km) with thermal baths, Blaye (28 km) with its citadel, Cognac (53 km), Saint-Émilion (62 km) for wine and gastronomy, Bordeaux (67 km) with world-famous wines and old town, the elegant seaside resort of Royan (68 km), and La Rochelle (134 km).

Weiter auf A36 Paris/Lyon/Belfort dann auf die A31 E17, weiterfahren auf der E21 Ausfahrt Chalon Sud nehmen und weiter auf der N80 Montceau-les-Mines/ Le Creusot/ Givry/ Cluny. In Ecuissis weiterfahren auf der N70 E607 in Richtung Moulins/ Roanne/ Vichy/ Digoin/Paray-le-Monial. Dann geht es auf der N79 E62 weiter. In Montmarault auf der A71/E11/E62 in Richtung Montluçon/ Bourges/ Paris/ Châteauroux/ Clermont-Ferrand weiterfahren. Ausfahrt Montlucon nehmen und auf die N145 E62 wechseln. In der Nähe von Bellac auf der N147/ E62 fahren und dann auf der D951/D739 weiterfahren. In der Nähe von Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure auf die N141/ E603 wechseln. In der Nähe von Angoulême, weiterfahren auf E603 / N10 / E606 Richtung Chevanceaux, Ausfahrt Montendre nehmen. Auf die D730 Richtung Montendre durch die Stadt durch und dann auf der D145 in die Manfred Lampl Allee.
