Check-in and check-out regulation

Dear guests We are very happy about your booking in our Apartment Sunset! Your apartment is available for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If possible, please inform me about your planned arrival time and let our apartment manager, Ms. Basic, know about 1 hour before the actual arrival by phone (+49 170 9820473). Ms. Basic lives in the municipality of Schluchsee, will personally hand over the key and take care of the registration formalities. If you arrive by car, the parking lot marked with the number 8 is available free of charge (exit to the right of the house). To meet the local registration requirements, please send me your date(s) of birth upfront per mail. Check-out on the day of departure is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Please leave the key on the table in the apartment and hand over the apartment swept clean, rubbish bin emptied (underground car park) and with the dishes washed. The operating instructions for the sauna and the corresponding booking plan are available directly at the sauna. For questions of any kind I am at your disposal. Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. Should a visitors' tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
