Description
The comfortable vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of Bretten, conveniently located yet quiet, in the district of Gölshausen. It is a 10-minute walk (approx. 1 km) to the town center and 1 minute by car from the B35 Gölshausen junction. Bretten train station is 2.4 km away. The open-plan apartment with a large wooden terrace (30 m²) and water feature is located on the garden floor of the owners' detached house. It is easily accessible via a small staircase with a separate entrance, with a stair lift on request. Ideal for 2 people, crib available on request. Dog on request (and for a fee). Next to the large, light-flooded living/bedroom with sitting area including TV and audio system and direct access to the terrace (illuminated, electric awning) is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, bubble machine ... Adjacent to this is a small, fine shower room. Separate WC, hallway & checkroom area. Bookshelf and CD rack. WLAN (inside and outside). Garden furniture & cushions. Garden barbecue on request. The non-smoking apartment is furnished with attention to detail. The hosts' affection for art and literature is palpable. The pictures from their own collection are all originals. The apartment can be rented as a vacation apartment or as a temporary residence. It is also particularly suitable for renting by companies in the region whose employees are only here for a limited period.
