Description

The accommodation is in a rural location in the middle of the beautiful Black Forest. For active guests, hiking and cycling routes, such as Rudenberg Forest and Klosterwald, are available directly from my house for outdoor activities. Your dog is very welcome, but only after prior arrangement, Please provide information about the size and breed. Being house-trained and under control is, of course, expected. There is a one-time fee for our cleaning staff. Please note: young puppies are not allowed. Dogs may not be left alone in the apartment, so please plan to include your dog in your daily schedule and excursions. Other pets are not permitted. Titisee and Neustadt also offer walks and strolls along the lakeshore. It is also possible to take long round trips on the famous lake. In the small town there are souvenir stores, various restaurants and cafés, supermarkets, cinemas, shopping facilities, the weekly market, banks, a train station and bakeries. The ski areas in the Upper Black Forest can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Other activities such as action forest or beautiful horseback rides through the Black Forest are only 10 minutes away. A little further away, excursions to Feldberg, Schluchsee or the famous Wutach Gorge are worthwhile. If the weather doesn't play along, you can spend a relaxing wellness day in the bathing paradise or go shopping in Freiburg. Lake Constance, Switzerland and Alsace in France are also around an hour's drive from my accommodation. You can experience leisure fun in the Europa Park in Rust, which you can reach in an hour. There is a playground and a water treading area for the little ones right in front of the house. Free parking is available. Enjoy the view of the terrace and the Rudenberg forest. Garden chairs and table are provided. The newly renovated apartment is spread over two floors. The entrance area, bathroom, kitchen and a storage room are located on the ground floor. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has an oven, induction hob and coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe as well as the living room with sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), TV and radio. A room under the carport offers space for sports equipment, washing machine, dryer and information material. WLAN and parking are free of charge. Please note: The apartment has stairs and is only suitable for people who can use them.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival. Check- in from 3pm Check- out till 10 am

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. Should a visitors' tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival. You will get an Email with Informations about the Vacation Tax.
