Description
Living & sleeping: The open-plan architecture creates a generous sense of space. There are no classic bedrooms - but you can expect a cosy double bed (1.80 m wide, with high-quality topper - particularly back-friendly) and a gallery for guests with a head for heights with up to two additional sleeping places (120 x 200 cm). The gallery with a view of the starry sky is particularly popular with children and adventurers. Despite the location close to the centre, you'll be staying in a wonderfully quiet backyard. The popular pizzeria Raggio di Sole is in the immediate neighbourhood (reservation recommended). The charming Black Forest village of Sasbachwalden with its vineyards, hiking trails, climbing park and summer toboggan run is just 15 minutes away. Strasbourg and the French border are also just a stone's throw away. Important to know: Sauna currently not available The pool is included for bookings until the end of the year - not visible and completely private.
Check-in and check-out regulation
Please contact the host 3 days before arrival to discuss your individual arrival time. The key is handed over via the key safe. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which was sent to you by email, in full, including your address. This helps the host to optimally prepare for your stay. Additional services: Use of the pool costs 49 EUR per day and use of the billiard room and home cinema costs a further 49 EUR per day. Please transfer the respective amount via PayPal, including your name and booking period, to: gaestehaus-achern@gmx.de. You will receive a separate invoice for this.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
