Description

A ‘temporary home’ in a private and modern 2-room flat with bathroom in Aalen’s centre. Awarded 4 stars according to the quality criteria of the German Tourism Association DTV. The flat has a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with box-spring bed (180×200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. A PC workstation (PC, monitor, Internet) is available and can be used free of charge. The kitchen facilities include everything needed for self-catering. A basic supply of mineral water, coffee, and espresso is included in the ‘kitchen package’. Towels, bath towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo as well as toilet paper are included at no cost as part of our service.

The SONOS multi-room sound system, a 43-inch smart TV (incl. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus) provide convenient entertainment. Restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities are within easy reach. You can leave your car in one of the surrounding parking garages – at a super-cheap nightly rate or at a flat rate for the whole day. A private parking space is available free of charge near the town centre. If you arrive by train or bus, it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the holiday flat.

Aalen’s centre offers a wide variety of sights such as art in public spaces, museums, historic buildings, and a spacious park with a beautiful, inviting green space. For shopping, there are many owner-operated specialist shops as well as two large shopping centres in the direct vicinity. Popular highlights of the Aalen area include the Limes thermal baths, the Tiefer Stollen visitor mine, the Aalbäumle lookout tower and the Braunenberg mountain with its Naturefriends mountain hut. The Kocherursprung river source and the Härtsfeld Jurassic plateau in the east of the Swabian Jura are also worth seeing. In the flat you will find info material for exploring the surroundings.

The AlbCard offers FREE admission and activities at over 160 top sights and free travel by public transport covering a quarter of Baden-Württemberg’s area. In Aalen, the AlbCard offers free admission to the Limes Museum and the Natural History Museum, Fachsenfeld Castle, the Tiefer Stollen visitor mine and the Explorhino science centre. The stops for your free travel by public transport are only 300 metres from the holiday flat.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. Should a visitors’ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
