The 4-star holiday apartment Waldmariechen (69 sqm, for a maximum of 2 people) is fully furnished, bright, welcoming and modern. You stay in a newly renovated ground floor apartment. The rooms are tiled and partly carpeted, each heated by gas radiators. Plastic windows with triple glazing ensure peace and quiet. In the living room, you will find two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, and a mobile Bluetooth speaker. A collection of games and books provides entertainment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a manually adjustable slatted frame, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe with hangers, a safe, mosquito protection on the window, and two additional chairs. The large dining table with chairs and a bench invites you to enjoy your meals. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and accessories such as baking paper. The bathroom offers a bathtub, shower, mirrored cabinet, hairdryer, and stool. Towels and bathrobes are provided. First-aid items can be found in the bathroom cabinet. A utility room contains an ironing board, iron, and drying rack. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Outdoors, you can enjoy the garden view at a seating area with table and two chairs, two sun loungers with table, cushions and sunshade. A table grill is available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the bike garage opposite the entrance door. The allergy-friendly apartment is DTV-certified (4 stars). It is exclusively for two adults – children and pets are not allowed, and extra beds are not possible.

Directions

Neresheim liegt ca. 16 km von der A7 Autobahnausfahrt Aalen Süd/Oberkochen entfernt. Eine weitere Autobahnausfahrt ist Heidenheim. Sie haben dann jeweils noch eine Fahrstrecke über Land von ca. 25 Minuten. Der Flughafen Stuttgart ist ca. 180 km mit dem Auto von Neresheim entfernt. Sie erreichen diesen über die A8 oder die B10. Mit dem Zug erreichen Sie die Ferienwohnung über den Bahnhof in Aalen oder in Heidenheim. Nutzen Sie dann die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel – Bus. Die Bushaltestelle Abt-Angehrn-Straße befindet sich nur fünf Gehminunten vom Haus Waldmariechen entfernt.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
