You will find everything you need for a good night's sleep in rooms with views of our park or the picturesque Old Town. Sleep well. Our 47 single and 6 double rooms are the perfect retreat for some well-deserved peace and quiet after a long day. Your "privatesanctuary" is functionally equipped with a shower, WC, hair dryer, safe and Wi-Fi. Simplicity at its finest. We deliberately decided against including a TV or radio in our rooms. Instead, you will find rest, relaxation, and time for you. The rooms offer views of Freiburg's Old Town spanning all the way to Alsace or of our lovely park and its centuries-old trees. So that you have the perfect place to rest your head, you can choose a pillow from our pillow bar that is best suited to your sleep style. We also offer 2 barrier-free double rooms for people with disabilities, both of which are easily accessible by elevator. Some of our rooms are also suitable for people with allergies. As a non-smoking establishment, we kindly ask our guests to smoke outdoors.

Caritas Tagungszentrum is located in a quiet, scenic area on the edge of the Black Forest. Downtown Freiburg with its famous cathedral is just a ten-minute walk away from the hotel. This sophisticated, 2-star superior hotel has 53 functional but beautifully furnished rooms. All rooms have a shower, WC, and telephone. Every morning, guests of Caritas Tagungszentrum are welcome to gather energy for the day with our varied breakfast buffet. Drinks and snacks are also available at the self-service bistro. The hotel features modern conference rooms equipped with the latest technology. A lounge complete with fireplace and the library serve as two perfect places to relax after a long day. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel. In the evening, guests can explore the wide range of cultural offers and ever-changing selection of entertainment in Freiburg's vibrant city center, which is within easy walking distance of the hotel. Special features of the hotel: as part of our hotel philosophy, none of our rooms are equipped with a TV. Please contact the hotel in advance to discuss the time of your arrival. Check-in is possible as of 1:00 pm. During the week, we ask that our guests check out by 9:30 am. On the weekends, check-out time is 11:00 am.
