The beautiful detached holiday home is situated on a spacious plot in a quiet residential area. Located on the outskirts of the village, the property is close to a heated outdoor pool, shops, a petrol station, public transport links, a golf club and the Langenberger Forst nature reserve with its falconry and deer enclosure. The property has a large carport and 4 parking spaces for large and small vehicles. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Smoking8 is ok outside) and celebrating events are not allowed. 3 bikes are provided for free. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting. Conditions/extras
