Within this holiday flat the guests will stay by themselves, meaning this whole area is separated by an own front door. The flat has got sufficient seating facilities for all guests and a desk.

The bedroom or any room with a sleeping facility can be darkened. The width of each bed/sleeping-couch will be at least 90 cm per person. Furthermore, there will be a wardrobe to store your clothes.

The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and/or bathtub as well as a WC.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a refrigerator and a sink. Moreover, there will be all necessary kitchen tools (dishes, cutlery, pot, etc.)

Towels and bed linen will be provided.

Das Apartment hat Parkettfussboden und eine Raumhöhe von 3,50 m sowie neuwertiger
Möblierung. Jedes Zimmer kann als Einzelzimmer oder auch als bequemes und großes
Doppelzimmer mit 2 separat stehenden bequemen großen Betten ausgestattet werden, sodass
ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen ist.
Falls nötig kann in 2 Räumen jeweils noch ein zusätzliches Bett aufgestellt werden, so
dass bis max. 8 Personen in diesem Apartment übernachten können.
Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig: in jedem Raum TV Fernsehen mit Sat Empfang,
und DVD. Es existiert außerdem High Speed Internet mit Wireless Lan (Flatrate mit
Fritzbox).
Das Apartment liegt im Stadtteil List, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Auch das Erreichen der nächsten Haltestelle der Stadtbahn ist in 3-5 Minuten ohne
Aufwand zu Fuss möglich.
Immer wieder wurde und wird das Apartment von sehr zufriedenen Gästen gemietet.

Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Bequeme Betten. Eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für uns 4Männer vollkommen ausreichend. Wer nicht 4Sterne erwartet wird zufrieden sein. Coole selbst gebaute Möbel.
