Conditions/extras

A cancellation is free of charge during trade fair times until 4 weeks before arrival, later 80% will be charged if the room can?t occupy again.
Out of trade fair times: cancellations up to 1 day prior of arrival (6 p.m.) are free of charge. Later we will be charge of 80% of the agreed room rate or in case of No Show. The reservation need to be guaranteed by a credit card. During high season periods or long-stay bookings the cancellation policy may differ.
