Conditions/extras

Cancellation until 6 pm at the day of arrival is free of charge, late we charge 80% of the room rate. During the trade fair time: If you need to cancel the room, please contact the hotel prior to 5 days before arrival. For rooms cancelled after the above date or non arrival, the hotel will be charged 80% of the room rate (exkl. local tax).
