In case of cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate. The cancellation conditions during the trade fair time is different: Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival is free of charge. Afterwards the hotel will charge 80% of the room rates as cancellation fee.
