Conditions/extras

Cancellation conditions Bodenseehotel Renn GmbH for individual bookings up to 5 rooms:
Free cancellation until 29th day before arrival.
From 28th to 15th day before we charge 50%, afterwards 80 % of the agreed price.
In the event of early departure we charge 100 % of the invoice amount.
Cancellation conditions Bodenseehotel Renn GmbH for group´s from 6 Rooms: Cancellation free of charge up to 12 weeks before arrival.
Up to 6 weeks before arrival we will charge 50 % of total services booked.
Up to 4 weeks before arrival 70 % of total services booked.
27 days to 8 days before arrival 80 % of total services booked.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival 100 % of total booked services will be charged.
A reduction in the number of rooms to max . 10 % of the originally started number is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
