The comfort rooms are in our new building and have a size of 22m². They are all double rooms, but can also be booked for single use. They have a 32" flat screen TV. The rooms on the first and second floor are accessible by elevator and have a balcony. The comfort rooms on the third floor have no balcony, but are a bit larger and have a sitting area. Only in the comfort category there is the possibility of an extra bed.

Description
Our modern family-owned hotel offers an excellent cuisine as well as a charming garden area with chestnut trees, 3 conference rooms and a hall for up to 90 persons. 10 minutes walk to the lakeshore. 78 beds in well-furnished rooms with shower/WC, telephone, cable-TV, fax and internet connection, minibar, most rooms with balcony. Sauna and steam bath.
Reception Hours: 6 am - 10 pm
Breakfast Times: 7 - 10 am on Sunday 9 - 10 am
Check-in: from 2 pm
Check-out: until 11 am
Conditions/extras
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (maximum of 2 rooms). If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 % of the total amount of the whole stay will be charged. During the trade fair times: In case of cancellation or modification up to 7 days before arrival no fee will be charged (maximum of 2 rooms). AERO: Until 22 March 2023. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show later we will charge 80% of the total amount of the whole stay.
Tourist tax information
Die Gäste-Abgabe Friedrichshafen ist in dem angegebenen Preis nicht inkludiert. Die Gäste-Abgabe ist verpflichtend vor Ort zu bezahlen. Sie beträgt ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober 2,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 1,25 EUR und vom 1. November bis 31. März 1,50 EUR, Kinder/Jugendliche (6-18 Jahre) 0,75 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 6. Lebensjahr, Geschäftsreisende, Behinderte (ab 80%) und ihre Begleitpersonen sind befreit (Stand Januar 2023).
