Located in the heart of this old town, directly next to the Stadtgarten (city garden) and just a five-minute walk from the lake and train station, our hotel is an ideal starting point for your stay on Lake Constance. We look forward to your visit! Reserved rooms can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. If you arrive outside of reception hours, you can check in conveniently via our check-in box. You will receive your room key and access to the hotel directly there. The check-in box is located to the right of the entrance.

Directions

Guests of the Hotel am Stadtgarten receive a 25% discount on parking in the "Höllturm-Passage" parking garage.
The entrance to the P5 Höllturm parking garage is located on Teggingerstraße between numbers 14 and 16.
The hotel's elevator (located at the rear of the underground garage) takes you directly from the video-monitored Höllturm underground garage to the hotel. The hotel entrance can be reached via the "Hinter der Burg" address for quick loading and unloading.

Conditions/extras

The guest is indentured to pay the agreed price in case the contractual services are not used, deducting expenses saved by the hotel. The savings for overnight stays including breakfast are 20% of the room rate and for half board 30%. Cancellation and modification up to 4 days before arrival are free of charge. During the trade fair times: Cancellation are free of charge 4 days prior arrival. Later we will charge 80 % of the room rate and in case of non arrival we charge 100%.
