Conditions/extras

Depending on the receiving date of the cancellation, the rates listed below shall apply Up to 21st day prior to arrival - free of charge. Up to 14th day prior to arrival - 50% of the total price. Up to 7 days prior to arrival or no-show - 90% of the total amount. The guest has a explicitly right to entitled proof that the aforementioned claim from the agreed cancellation fee did not arise or not at the agreed amount (for example, through other lettings). With a binding room reservation, the guest agree with the aforementioned cancellation conditions. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction: German law exclusively apply to the contractual relationship between the guest and the accommodation. If the guest is a merchant or a legal entity of public or private law, Lindau (B) is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
