The vacation apartment is located in Salem directly on the Schloßsee and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 133m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus offers space for a maximum of 8 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a 65-inch Smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine and a dryer. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. Adjacent to the building there is a supermarket, a drugstore, restaurants, library, Thai massage studio, organic store and much more. This apartment has 2 private outdoor areas: A covered terrace right by the playground (on the roof of the building) and a partially covered balcony overlooking the creek and the castle lake. The host recommends a visit to the castle lake, the Affenberg Salem, the Meersburg, the monastery and the castle Salem, the thermal baths Meersburg or Überlingen, the petting zoo Reutemühle, the castle Heiligenberg, the natural bath in Leustetten, the trout pond Lellwangen, the reptile zoo and the pile dwellings in Uhldingen and of course the Lake Constance. Public transportation is within walking distance and a tennis court and a soccer stadium can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Directly at the Schloßsee you will find attractive offers such as Table tennis, beach volleyball, beach soccer, basketball, adventure pirate ship, water playground, artificial stream, etc. A free parking lot is available in the underground garage and free parking is available on the street. Access to the apartment is through a numerical code. The numerical code will be provided shortly before arrival. Access to the building is through the underground parking garage from Edeka (the apartment is located next to the Fitness Center Prosana: please follow the signage). (Note: When entering the underground parking garage for the first time, a regular parking ticket should be obtained. When exiting the underground parking garage, the long-term parking card should be used. After check-out, the long-term parking card can be placed in the mailbox.)

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the travel price.
