Welcome to Langenargen directly on the shores of Lake Constance. The 86sqm apartment is located in a quiet residential area, approx. 6 minutes' walk from the lakeshore, on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. A garden with a covered terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing in summer. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the bicycle shed next to the house and a parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly in front of the residential complex. Langenargen is an attractive family vacation destination with around 4 km of shoreline offering numerous leisure activities. The public beaches at the Malereck and DLRG invite you to swim and barbecue. A lido with a 25m pool, baby pool, play stream with mud zone, table tennis, volleyball and soccer pitch ensures swimming and sports fun for young and old. Whether from the tower of Monfort Castle in the village center, from a pedal boat or a chartered sailing yacht, a steamer on the lake or one of the many terraces of the restaurants and cafés, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Swiss and Austrian Alps opposite. Cycle paths along the Argen, through the nature reserve, in the Tettnang forest and around the entire lake invite you to enjoy leisurely family cycle tours. The nearby surrounding area also offers countless activities and excursion destinations, such as a climbing park in the next village, a hike up the Pfänder in Bregenz, restaurants run by local winegrowers, the flower island of Mainau and much more.

Von der A96 München Richtung Lindau kommend, nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt Friedrichshafen auf die B31. Folgen Sie dieser Straße bis Ausfahrt Kressbronn/Langenargen. Ab hier immer Richtung Langenargen. Nach dem Ortsschild biegen Sie nach ca. 400m nach einer Bushaltestelle links in die Mühlstraße. Nach ungefähr 150m haben Sie das Haus mit der Nr. 56 erreicht. Parkplatz Nr. 3 steht Ihnen hier zur Verfügung. Willkommen! Von der A81 Stuttgart Richtung Singen kommend, fahren Sie bis zum Ende der Autobahn und dann entlag dem Seeufer Richtung Lindau auf der alten B31. Fahren Sie bis zur Ausfahrt Kressbronn/Langenargen. Ab hier s.o.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due upon booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
