Apartment in the heart of the city - right by the Isar

The apartment comprises an open, spacious living area with double bed on the gallery (via ladder), two additional sleeping spaces can be placed in the living area upon request. The bathroom is newly renovated.
Our guests can use the fully equipped kitchen, or visit our café on the first floor.
We look forward to seeing you!
Towels and bed linen can be found on the premises and are included.
The arrival is possible from 14:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00 am.
The keys will be handed over personally on the spot.

Our cozy attic apartment is located in the pedestrian/bicycle zone at the promenade along the Isar, the historic Old Town is only 100 meters away.
From the window you can enjoy the sunset in the shimmer of the river.

Conditions/extras

Payment is made on site in cash or by EC/credit card.
An advance payment of 50% will be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price.
