Description

You will stay in a modern detached house with 160 m² of living space spread over three floors. The house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the spacious living and dining area, a wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Underfloor and central heating are provided. Two terraces and a fenced garden with a sunbathing lawn invite you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Additional amenities include TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. The house is non-smoking. Two parking spaces and lockable bicycle storage are available. It is especially suitable for families; pets are welcome by arrangement. The house is in a very quiet location, elevated above the idyllic Große Lautertal in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve. Here, you will find numerous opportunities for excursions and leisure activities: cycling and kayaking in the Große Lautertal, carriage and wagon rides (Landesgestüt Marbach), swimming, hiking, and cross-country skiing. The natural scenery is impressive in every season. Limestone caves, many medieval castles and ruins, and Celtic excavations (Heuneburg Celtic Museum) give the landscape its unique character. The Mittlere Alb offers a wide range of dining options. Nearby are the towns of Bad Urach, Metzingen, Münsingen, Reutlingen, and Ulm, with many shops for everyday and special needs.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Please note that the prices do not include the local tourist tax. Should a local tourist tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
