You will receive the code for the key safe 1 day before arrival. This is located to the right of the entrance area of the apartment. Please fill out the Holidu check-in form, which was sent to you by email, in full, including your address, no later than 7 days after booking. This helps the host to prepare for your stay in the best possible way.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
