Description

The 25 sqm apartment is designed in an old building style and features very high ceilings and two large window fronts. One side overlooks the garden with a pear tree, the other faces the courtyard. All windows can be darkened with electric shutters. In the room, you will find a double bed and a large loft bed, each accommodating two people, so up to four guests can stay here. The fully equipped kitchen and a small dining table for up to four people are integrated into the room. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area for reading and relaxing are also available. The en-suite walk-in shower features a rain shower, and there is an additional sink in the room. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, iron, and hairdryer are provided. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house in a quiet side street with good parking options available for a fee. The location is central yet quiet; marketplace, main station, hospital, supermarket, and bus stop are within walking distance. The airport can be easily reached by express bus directly from the city center. The Swabian Alb is almost right on your doorstep: numerous hiking and cycling trails, ski trails, castles, palaces, waterfalls, as well as several thermal baths and saunas are in the area. The university town of Tübingen is only 14 km away and offers a wide range of cultural activities. For shopping, Outletcity Metzingen can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.

Limitation due to the corona pandemic

Alle drei Tage ist erneut ein aktueller Antigen- oder PCR-Testnachweis vorzulegen.

Differing cancellation conditions

Guests will receive a 100% refund up to 14 days before check-in. Guests will not receive a refund less than 14 days before check-in.

Tourist tax information

The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the town of the booked accommodation, it must be paid on site.

Important payment information and other conditions

The host reserves the right to charge a deposit starting at the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this. Starting January 1, 2023, paid parking is only available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for EUR6.
