This cozy and lovingly furnished 35 m² apartment offers a combined living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a compact bathroom with a shower. The bright apartment is located in the basement of a two-family house and is accessed via a staircase. Outside, a small seating area invites you to relax and enjoy warm summer evenings. Its central location in the village center puts you close to the Beuren thermal baths, which are about a 10-minute walk away, and provides direct access to public transport. The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features a double bed in the living/sleeping area. Amenities include a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, oven, quiet refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and a Senseo coffee machine with various coffee pads. You will also find a hand mixer, toaster, dishes, cutlery, frying pan, pot, cooking spoon, and spatula. Underfloor heating, outdoor seating, and free Wi-Fi are available. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The AlbCard is included per person (except for business travelers and conference guests).

Directions

Beuren liegt zentral vor dem schwäbischen Albtrauf. Mit seiner Infrastruktur ist es idealer Ausgangsort für begeisternde Tagesausflüge zu Fuß, per Rad oder per öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Anfahrt ab Autobahnausfahrt: Autobahn A8 kommend an der Ausfahrt Kirchheim u. Teck ausfahren Richtung Lenningen. In Owen fahren sie rechts ab, der Beschilderung folgend nach Beuren. Kurz nach dem Freilichtmuseum biegen Sie links ab und fahren auf der Owener Straße bis zur Abzweigung in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone ein. Dieser folgen sie bis zum Restaurant Storchennest. Hier biegen Sie wiederum links in die Karlstraße ab. Nach Überqueren der Gartenstraße folgen sie bis zur nächsten Straße (Andreas-Doster-Straße) und biegen in diese ein. Sie haben ihr Ziel erreicht
