In Beuren, you will find this 55 sqm holiday apartment for up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher and a coffee machine, among other amenities. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, bathrobes, hairdryer, and a cosmetic mirror. A separate toilet provides additional comfort. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, baby cot, high chair, and self check-in. An e-bike is available for you to explore the area, for an additional fee. Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace with garden furniture, charcoal grill, and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing outdoors. The shared garden also invites you to linger and offers a peaceful atmosphere. A private parking space is available directly at the house, and public transport is easily accessible. Up to three pets are welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and events are not permitted. The apartment is step-free and has a separate entrance on the ground floor, offering you additional comfort.

Directions

Die Zufahrt für die Ferienwohnung ist über die Balzholzer Straße erreichbar. Wenn sie aus Richtung Kirchheim oder Nürtingen kommen, fahren Sie in die Balzholzer Straße ein, am Pflegeheim vorbei. Nach ca.150 m befindet sich auf der linken Seite die Hofeinfahrt. Ein Schild ist am Straßenrand angebracht. Wenn Sie aus Richtung Neuffen kommen, bleiben Sie auf der Kirchheimer Straße in Richtung Beuren. Sie fahren am Autohaus Schrade vorbei und nach ca. 150m nach der Kurve befindet sich die Hofeinfahrt auf der rechten Seite.
