Das gemütliche und sonnige Wohnzimmer bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die neu angelegte Terrasse mit Waldsofa, den Garten und die umliegenden Berge. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche (inklusive Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank und Backofen) grenzt an das geräumige Esszimmer und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit 1 Doppelbett und 2 getrennten Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC ausgestattet. Ein separates Gäste-WC gibt es ebenfalls. Ländlich und ruhig gelegen erwartet Sie eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern für 4 Personen. Es besteht die kostenfreie Möglichkeit, zusätzlich 2 Baby-/Kinderbetten noch aufzustellen. Ein Parkplatz für Ihren PKW direkt am Haus und WLan ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Im Sauerland können Sie zahlreiche Aktivitäten direkt von der Ferienwohnung starten. Wander- oder Radtouren, sowie Skisport im Winter sind ideal für Natur- und Sportbegeisterte. Olsberg ist 8 Kilometer von der Wohnung entfernt. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Cafes und Bäckereien sowie Restaurants. Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof befindet sich ebenfalls in Olsberg. Winterberg ist 12 km entfernt und bietet viele Aktivitäten sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter. Das große Skigebiet bietet Pistenspaß für Klein und Groß. Willingen ist 15 km entfernt. Auch in Willingen lockt im Winter das große Skigebiet, aber auch der Bikepark und der neue Skywalk - eine gigantische Hängebrücke - sind sehr attraktiv.

No visitor's tax is due. As a guest in our vacation region Brilon and Olsberg, the S-Card is included in the accommodation price. This entitles you to free bus and train travel in the entire Hochsauerlandkreis and in the district of Soest. In addition, you receive interesting discounts in many recreational facilities throughout the Sauerland.

Conditions/extras

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. A deposit of 30% is due after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival. Upon arrival you will receive the SauerlandCard. With this card you can use bus and train free of charge in the entire Hochsauerlandkreis and in the district of Soest. In addition, you will receive interesting discounts in many recreational facilities throughout the Sauerland.

We would appreciate it if you would let us know the day before your arrival at what time you will be arriving. On the day of arrival, the apartment is available to you from 11 am. On the day of departure you can use the apartment until 5 pm.
