Description

There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. There is a small grocery store and bakery in the neighboring village. It can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car 2 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property features a convenient self check-in system. Please respect silence hours and the neighbors. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way.

Kurtaxe Information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. Should a visitors' tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.  

Conditions/extras

Up to 14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 100% refund. Less than 14 days before check-in, guests will not receive a refund. The prices shown do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is mandatory and must be paid on site. The host reserves the right to charge a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this.

Arrival description

Von der Autobahnabfahrt (A45) Olpe (nicht Olpe-Süd) erreicht man das Ferienhaus in ca. 15–20 Minuten.

Check-in and Check-out Conditions

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival. Arrival is possible between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Departure is requested before 10:00am.
