Description

Feel at home in our cozy 3-room vacation apartment with terrace (also covered). The "Domizil am Park" is very close to the lake and bathing beach (approx. 200m) and the park is also not far away (50m). The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Kressbronn and therefore in an ideal location. The train station is about 400m away and since Kressbronn is located between Friedrichshafen and Lindau, it is a perfect vacation spot. If you like to travel around Lake Constance by boat, the jetty is just 200m away. There are also stores such as a bakery, butcher, ice cream parlor and restaurants at the jetty, providing a good infrastructure. A special feature for families, approx. 300m away, is the "Künstlereck" playground directly on the lake. The distinctive 3-room apartment on 2 levels is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the children's room, which can be pulled out to a full double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 meters. A baby crib, high chair, nappy-changing facilities, diaper bucket and stair gate are available. The tiles in the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom (with daylight) and staircase as well as the parquet/plank flooring in the bedrooms and hallway allow house dust allergy sufferers to enjoy their vacation. Pets are therefore not allowed. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer included from 14 days stay (2 washing loads, otherwise for a fee). We are happy to provide you with the first set of bed linen/towels.

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please always contact the landlord well in advance of your arrival to discuss the arrival time. Otherwise, the regular arrival time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is by 10:00 a.m.

From Munich, A 96 towards Lindau, exit Sigmarszell / Friedrichshafen, B 31, exit Kressbronn. From Zurich, N 7 to Kreuzlingen / Konstanz, car ferry Meersburg, B 31 towards Lindau, exit Kressbronn. From Austria via Munich, A 96 towards Lindau, exit Sigmarszell / Friedrichshafen or via Arlberg / Bregenz / Lindau, B 31 towards Friedrichshafen, exit Kressbronn. In Kressbronn towards Lindau, after the kitchen studio block, before the petrol station OMV turn right into Seestrasse. After about 400m turn right into Brühlstraße, after about 50m right into Parkweg
by train:
InterRegio or Regionalexpress connection from Basel, Freiburg, Offenburg, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Ulm, Augsburg via Friedrichshafen to Kressbronn station. From Munich via Kempten / Lindau to Kressbronn. From Switzerland SBB route Basel / Lindau, connection to Kressbronn or to Romanshorn and with the Lake Constance ferry to Friedrichshafen every hour, train connection to Kressbronn. From Austria via Munich / Ulm or ÖBB route via Bregenz / Lindau, connection to Kressbronn. From the train station on foot (Riedweg / Jahnweg / Seestraße) about 5 minutes into Parkweg.
by plane:
Direct flights to Friedrichshafen from Frankfurt, Cologne / Bonn, Berlin / Tegel, Hamburg, Münster / osnabrück, Vienna, London / Standsted, Madrid and with the regional train to Kressbronn (12 km) Direct flights to Allgäu Airport Memmingen from Cologne / Bonn, Hamburg, Berlin / Tegel, Bremen, Stockholm and by rental car to Kressbronn (approx. 90 km)

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

 

Important payment information and other conditions

A deposit of up to 90% of the travel price is due upon booking. The remaining payment is due 14 days before arrival at the latest. For short-term bookings immediately after receipt of confirmation. The prices shown do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax is mandatory before arrival. Before moving into the apartment, we require a deposit of € 150.00, which you will get back after checking the apartment if the apartment is in perfect condition.
