Unser Haus liegt ca.3 km vom See entfernt in ruhiger, sonniger Südhanglage - auf beiden Seiten blicken Sie ins Grüne, See- und Bergsicht laden ein. Es ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, und Radtouren, sei es in das reizvolle Hinterland mit seinen Obst-und Rebgärten oder in die abwechslungsreiche Bodenseelandschaft. Wir vermieten eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einer Wohnküche, einem Wohn/ Schlafzimmer, Dusche/WC, sep. Eingang. Ein Autoabstellplatz ist am Haus, für ihre Fahrräder haben wir einen überdachten Unterstellplatz. Im Ort befinden sich eine Bäckerei sowie ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. Wir vermieten nur an Nichtraucher.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
