Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, im 1. Stock das Bad und die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie ein kleiner Balkon.
Sie ist komplett eingerichtet, außerdem sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher (Badetücher für das Strandbad werden nicht gestellt), Kaffeemaschine und Toaster vorhanden. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Keine Haustiere. Nichtraucher!
