"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 517, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The biggest issue was the noise—walls are so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Both nights were disturbed by loud conversations and other noises, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bed linens were not changed during my stay, and it seemed like they were simply left as they were. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a restful and comfortable stay."

"Extremly good service . Meeting in the reception: We arrived very early, thinking we looked very tired, which we were after driving all night. the employed said we could eat breakfast and expect our room to be ready after about 3 hours. After about less than an hour he came and announced that we could now already get our room. it was just so fantastically nice for us and a thoroughly rarely experienced good service"

"The staff were very genuine and kind. I have an extreme fear of elevators, and every person I spoke to during my two days in Ludwigsburg were very accommodating and non-judgemental. The woman at the registration desk the night I arrived, even changed my room to the first floor instead of the third floor without me asking. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful, and I’m very appreciative."

"Good location just close by to the main train station. The rooms are small but really new and very clean. They are align in the segment where this hotel is set, so no complains at all. It was not noisy, but when a (outside)door was openning/closing everything was a bit loud and shaking a bit. The breakfast was the weakest point. Considering the segment of the hotel, it is probably good but with a very small effort, it could be better. Like including some more fruit or a couple of things more to choose."

"While my overall experience at the hotel was generally satisfactory considering the price, I must highlight an unfortunate incident that occurred during breakfast. As a person of color who's been living in Germany for 15 years now, I couldn't help but notice a disheartening display of potential discrimination from the individual responsible for cooking breakfast eggs. Unlike her interactions with native German guests, her attitude towards me was noticeably different. Instead of engaging in polite conversation, I was met with curt inquiries such as "Ei?" "Welche?" "Was?" without any friendly demeanor. Despite my fluency in German (C2), I was treated like I couldn't speak. This interaction left me feeling excluded and unwelcome. Regrettably, this incident has compelled me to deduct 5 points from my rating. It is crucial for the hotel to address and rectify such instances, promoting an environment that is truly inclusive and welcoming to all guests. Ensuring equal treatment of all guests is a fundamental expectation in the majority of hotels I have encountered during my business travels, and I sincerely hope that this aspect is taken into earnest consideration."
