Description

Impresses with its excellent central location, directly at Esslingen railway station, with an optional connection to the public transport network. The airport and the trade fair centre are approx. 16 km away. 132 appartement rooms offer the perfect living and sleeping comfort. A kitchenette with kitchen utensils ensures that you can cater for yourself flexibly and independently. Whether for a short or long stay. There is a lounge on the ground floor of the building.
However, there are no other catering facilities. Check-in and check-out are only possible online, bookings and payments are processed digitally and invoices are sent by email.

Directions for public transport

S1 or MEX12, MEX 16, MEX 18 or RE5 to Esslingen.
From Esslingen station, head north-east towards Fleischmannstraße, turn left onto Fleischmannstraße, turn right towards Berliner Straße and follow the road until you reach Telekom, then turn left. Our flats are located on the left-hand side at Martinstr. 23

Directions

Airport Messe / S-Zentrum, follow the signs for Munich, take the exit towards Esslingen a. N. / Zentrum L1150, take Maillenstr. and Ulmerstr. to Berlinerstr. and drive to our GINN Apartments. Our entrance is at Martinstr. 23 and the entrance to the public car park is opposite Kollwitzstr. 4
