Ausstattung der Zimmer, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit

(-) What did you not like?

Die Bar hatte am Sonntag Abend geschlossen, obwohl das Hotel gut besucht war.

(+) What did you like?

Für uns als Marathonteilnehmer die mit dem Zug angereist sind, war das Hotel ideal. Zum Bahnhof ein Katzensprung, zum Start ca 2km. Frühstück ab 6:00 und late check out auch bis ca 14:30 waren für uns perfekt. Mit Hilfe des Hannover Tourismus gefunden würden wir uns eine solche Kombi öfter wünschen. Vielen Dank MTV Ingolstadt

Buchung war nicht hinterlegt. Beim Frühstück mussten wir warten da angeblich nicht mitgebucht.

(+) What did you like?

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag einschließen lassen und am Abend vor unserer Zugreise abholen. Das Hotel ist hell und ansprechend eingerichtet, moderne Farben bestimmen den Eindruck. Das Zimmer ist modern und sehr funktional. Besonders gefiel uns die Idee, das Badezimmer mit einer Glaswand abzutrennen, die mit einem weißen Vorhang blickdicht und zugleich lichtdurchlässig war. Das erschien uns als sehr kreative Lösung.

(-) What did you not like?

Das Fenster ließ sich lediglich kippen, dadurch war es nicht so luftig, wie wir es von zu Hause gewöhnt sind. Die sehr zentrale Lage war mit entsprechendem Verkehrslärm verbunden und vom Fenster aus konnte man Beobachtungen zur Drogenszene vor dem Hotel anstellen.
